Creating your unique Conference Call

Each conference call must be set up beforehand through your Norris School District phone portal, phone.norris.k12.ca.us. 

Once you have signed into the portal with your extension and numeric voicemail password, go to Features>Conference Room> 

Assign yourself a 5 digit number. This number you and the other meeting members will utilize to access the Conference Call after dialing into the Switchvox phone system. For help accessing a conference call follow these steps.

Once you have assigned your CR number, that's it, you're all done. Now callers can use that number to access your conference call.
