Manually Update Chrome

This is what it should look like if you are currently syncing your Chrome:

If you see the red arrow new to your profile icon like is in the screenshot above, you can click on it and then select the top option to "Update Google Chrome"

Otherwise, you should see 3 horizontal dots on that location

You'll want to navigate to Help > About Google Chrome

By following either of the above links, Chrome should open a new page which may start automatically updating or will have some type of information about the version of Chrome you are running and will have some type of directions on what needs to be done to update Chrome:
